Restorative Justice Circles create spaces where people gather as equals to share truths, face harm, and rebuild connections through honest dialogue.
Restorative Justice practices exist because Indigenous communities kept them alive despite centuries of violent suppression. What many now "discover" as innovative justice approaches are ancient technologies of community healing that preceded—and will outlast—colonial systems.
We acknowledge this debt and refuse to separate these practices from their cultural origins.
Community Building: The circle calls us back to our natural way of solving problems together. We tailor each gathering to your community's voice and needs—where relationships strengthen through the simple courage of speaking and listening.
Why We Gather: Circle(s) don't "fix" people—they remind us how to be people together. These practices offer direct tools for addressing harm while rekindling the connections at the heart of community life.
Collective Learning: Every participant brings wisdom the circle needs. As perspectives connect, new understanding emerges that no individual could reach alone. This exchange builds practical skills for resolving conflicts and transforming relationships.
Reflective Practice: Circle offers space for meaningful reflection, we pause long enough to see ourselves clearly. Communities examine what's truly happening, challenge harmful patterns, and create pathways toward repair that honor everyone's dignity.
