That's a Lighthouse Learning Center. A flexible learning & living space that holds the core of Liberated Learning while adapting fully to the community that gathers around it.
Every Lighthouse, wherever it takes root, holds the same core:

Elders, parents, and young people in the same rooms, the way a village always did it — wisdom passed down instead of severed.

Young people aren't receiving instruction in rows. They're growing food, making real things, organizing, creating — actively, in relationship, rooted in place.
No one tends the fire alone
A Lighthouse is held by many hands. The work is too sacred and too big for any single hero — it belongs to the whole village, the only place it was ever meant to live.

A Lighthouse is built over seven years
We are seeding an organism. Each Lighthouse takes root in its own community, on its own timeline, in its own way. This is the four-phase arc we walk with communities ready to begin.
Years 1–2· Foundation Building — Community organizing. Vision development. Family readiness. Identifying a space. Establishing legal structures. Building the first cohort of learning guides. The roots go down before anything shows above ground.
Years 2–4 · Pilot Programming — A small group of families begins together. Microschool model. Seasonal learning ceremonies tested and refined. Family healing services open. Community organizing takes shape. The Lighthouse begins to live.
Years 4–7 · Lighthouse Development — Space completed or transformed. Full programming from early childhood through the transition years. Mature community governance. Stable, diversified funding. The whole ecosystem alive — learning, healing, organizing, ceremony, all under one roof.
Year 7+ · Movement Expansion — The Lighthouse mentors others. Lighthouses form regional networks. Policy advocacy grows from proven practice. The model proves what was always possible — another world isn't coming. It's already being built, community by community.
Each Lighthouse is rooted in its own community. There is no central headquarters that approves them. No franchise. No "official" certification stamp.
We share frameworks, methods, training, and lineage. We do not impose them.
What grows in Chicago will not look like what grows in Oaxaca. What grows in a Black neighborhood in Detroit will not look like what grows on Diné land. The fire holds across all of them. The expression is always specific to the soil.
