Liberation Practice

Our bodies remember liberation.

What got trained out of us isn’t the knowing.

It’s the daily return to it.

So, let’s return together.

Here’s what a day looks like

You wake up. Your brain immediately opens forty-seven tabs. Same, girl. Same.

But instead of riding that straight into the inbox — you press play on Morning Remembering.

Three minutes. You land back in your body before the day gets its hands on you.

That’s the practice. You did the whole thing. Gold star, now drink some water 🙂

Some days you’ll want more —

a Heart-Centered Pause when a conversation heats up,

Release the Day at night,

Land Listening on a walk.

Some days three minutes is the entire event. And some days you’ll lean into the community channels and feel your shoulders drop an inch.

No “behind.” Just the return, whenever you reach for it.

Four reconnections guide our practice

Be honest — which one is already waving at you?

🌿 Body

— Somatic audios, three to nine minutes, for getting back inside yourself.

Practices: Morning Remembering · Heart-Centered Pause · Release the Day

🤝 Each Other

— For being with people in ways that mend instead of wound.

Practices: Relational Check-In · Breathe Together · Restorative Justice 101

🪶 Ancestors

— For reconnection to those that came before and those that will come after.

Practices: Altar Tending · Lineage Invitation

🌎 Earth

— For remembering you belong to something a whole lot older and wiser than your calendar.

Practices: Earth Offering · Land Listening

Let’s get into this liberation practice beloved. Where does your curioisity lead you?

What you’re walking into

  • A living library of somatic and relational practices — guided audio and written guidance, for practicing solo, with your kids, or with your people.
  • A monthly circle with Dahlia and community on the first Sunday, we show up with our emotional support beverages and authentic selves.
  • Three community channels to express and connect with others.
  • Co-creative spaces where we build what we need together — doing this alone was never part of the assignment.

    This grows as we grow.
You’re not joining in a finished course or shrink-wrapped thing.
You’re stepping into something alive and gloriously unfolding.

Community Responses

We’re at 19 members!

“Good morning, lovelies! ☀️ @Dahlia Quintanilla the app makes access to your content/curriculum SO MUCH easier! 🙌🏼 Started my morning with the ‘Morning Remembering’ somatic audio. 🧘🏻‍♀️ THANK YOU!!”

Exchanging Coins

This runs on korima — the Rarámuri way of giving and receiving as one motion, because we belong to each other.

It’s $22 a month while we grow this together, and that stays your rate as long as you stay. It’ll be $44 down the line.

The price is the number that keeps this sustainable enough to keep offering, and gentle enough that you can walk in.

Feel a pull?

You don’t have to be ready and have it together. You definitely don’t need one more hack or one more pressure making you feel you’re behind.

This is for the ones holding space for everyone else and running on fumes.

For folks coming home to a lineage that was never actually lost.

For anyone who is done reading about liberation and ready to live one small, true, three-minute practice — daily, in the body, in extremely good company.

Door’s open, love. Welcome in.

About Dahlia

I hold Rarámuri and Tejano lineages.

I’m a somatic movement and restorative justice practitioner, circle facilitator, curriculum writer, and educator with a master’s in curriculum and instruction.

I started Liberated Learning after years of watching kids get harmed in the name of educating them — and realizing, gut-drop, that I’d been trained to do it too.

My body knew there was a freer way long before my brain could explain it.

These four reconnections didn’t come from a textbook. They rose up in my own practice, on my own genuinely hard mornings.

I’m not standing at some finish line waving you in. I’m walking this right beside you. I just really didn’t want to walk it alone — and something tells me you don’t either.
