We’ve been holding our breath.
In the way our shoulders stay tight, our jaw stays clenched, our body stays braced for the next thing, and the next thing, and the next.
The body has been working hard to keep us safe.
Exhale was created for us to practice releasing tension.
This is a seven day audio journey guided by certified somatic movement guide, Dahlia.
We will not be forcing or fixing in this space.
We will practice within a non-judgmental space to feel, listen to the body, and give ourselves permission to express honestly.
You can choose to commit to flowing with 7 days in a row or intuitively choosing the days that call out to you.
The 7 Somatic Practices
Day 1: Grounding, feel the earth hold you
Day 2: Shaking, release what we’ve been storing
Day 3: Orienting, practice experiencing the present moment
Day 4: Softening, let down the armor
Day 5: Self-Touch, remember we can soothe ourselves
Day 6: Sounding, free the voice
Day 7: Integration, anchor this experience by integrating it all
Each practice ~12-18 minutes.
Guided by voice and silence. Designed to meet you where you are.
After seven days, you’ll be more yourself.
The you who can:
This work is rooted in neuroscience, Indigenous wisdom, trauma-informed somatics, and collective liberation.
Our bodies already know how to heal. These practices help create the conditions for healing to happen.
These practices help us feel restful and supported.
Not sure if this is for you?
There is no prior experience needed.
There is no way to do any of the practices wrong.

What shifted? What do you still need?
Your answers help shape what gets created next.
Exhale will help the body remember:
We are allowed to feel, heal, and be.
We are allowed to soften and express.
We are allowed to come home to the body.
