How It Works
Check-In, Reflect, Connect™ weaves seamlessly into existing learning rhythms.
Educators, families, or facilitators can use it daily (5–15 minutes) or weekly as a structured SEL block.
Each session follows a simple, restorative cycle: check-in → reflect → connect — cultivating presence, regulation, and community over time.
